This two-night, three day retreat is designed for runners who are looking for an unforgettable introduction to some serious mountain running.
Come and spend two days running and relaxing with us in this beautiful part of North Wales. On this 2-night full board running break you will learn all about fell running, navigation and yoga, whilst enjoying a luxury camping experience.

14.00-17.00 - Navigation workshop

19.00 - 20.00 - Yoga and flexibility conditioning session
07.00 - 08.00 - Continental healthy breakfast
10.00 - 16.00 - Guided long run – approx. 16-18 miles
16.00 - 17.00 - Warm down session
17.30 – Dinner
19.00 – 20.00 Nutrition workshop
07.00 – 08.00 - Optional social run of 3-4 miles up to a local hill fort
09.00 – Breakfast, final chat and feedback

Accommodation is in our luxury bell tents which can sleep between 2-3 people, and single and double private occupancy can be arranged upon request for a small additional charge.
Breakfast and evening meals are included in the package and we can cater for any dietary requirements. All we advise is that you bring along your snacks for whilst we are out on the hills running and we are more than happy to advise on the best foods for this if you are unsure.
Ability requirement is that you have run these distances before and are comfortable running in an off-road environment. The pace will be a steady social pace to enjoy the location.
