International Women's Day Swim, Sauna & Afternoon Tea

Come and enjoy a bracing dip in the pond, some heat therapy in our Finnish sauna, followed by a delicious afternoon tea to celebrate International Women's Day 2026.

No experience is necessary - just bring yourself, a swimsuit, a pair of water shoes and your best chat.

It's just £30pp and we'll be donating a percentage to our chosen cause, The Menopause Charity.
