Secret locations, homemade cake, Finnish sauna.... we've got the perfect recipe for a truly relaxing weekend.
Here are five reasons to come and join us for a Wild Swim Retreat in Wales this summer:
1. Secret wild swim spots
We'll take you to some of the most stunning wild swimming spots in the UK, including secret locations that only we know about. We'll bring everything you need to keep you safe and happy in the water - you just need to focus on which swimsuit to wear for each swim!
2. Delicious food
We'll provide you with all your meals plus a ton of snacks, in the form of home baked cakes and cookies so you definitely won't go hungry! And it's no drama if you have some dietary requirements, we are more than happy to accommodate these and make sure you don't miss out.
3. Sauna on site
We've got a real Finnish wood-fired sauna on site which we will be firing up when you arrive and after every swim so you can thoroughly warm up after your cold water adventures. There's even a cold water shower and bucket if you are feeling brave!
4. Time to relax
We make sure there's plenty of time for you to just take yourself off and have some time out, be that in a hammock with a good book, a wander around our hill fort, or exploring the local area. All the wild swims are optional so if you fancy an extra long lie in or an afternoon snooze that is absolutely fine with us!
5. All abilities welcome
Whether you're a seasoned wild swimmer, or completely new to the cold water, you are very welcome on our retreats. We have two guides for every swim so we can help you build your confidence and keep you safe in the water. There's no stigma around wearing a wetsuit if you prefer, and absolutely no pressure to swim any particular distance or stay in the water for any length of time. Rest assured you won't be holding anyone up!
Don't just take our word for it - check out what our previous guests have to say about our wild swim retreats.

My daughter booked me this as I’m in a bit of a tizzy with life!
I went solo and have never felt so nervous on the journey, worrying about being on my own and sharing a tent with a stranger, having a fear of spiders just added to my stress.
I pulled up and hoisted (reluctantly) my rucksack on my back and walked a few yards to the hut where I was greeted and hugged by Sheena and Hattie, I cried.. totally overwhelmed by the whole thing.
Anyway it was such a nice welcome and I was shown to my tent.. a luxurious tent I might add! Hot water bottles, fluffy blankets, sofa etc.. a fully equipped kitchen!! A stove and a gorgeous welcome pack of chocolate etc..
this is where my journey started of meeting some fantastic people, eating scrumptious food (I dribble as I write) and learning the rules and the fun of the wild swimming world I’m now so happy to be in.
Nothing was to much trouble for Hattie and Sheena, they worked so hard to make our weekend a relaxed and happy one and they did this with ease, the love they have for this is so evident in all they do to make you feel alive is incredible!
We swam in a pond, lakes, rivers and the sea and we had wood burners and a lovely local story teller, it’s truly a weekend that just keeps giving and I highly recommend it!
I’ve been back over a week and my heart is still there, this has opened up my life to a whole new level I didn’t know existed..
thank you to all that was there that weekend, and to Sheena and Hattie for the total devotion you have to out outside living.. the way you embrace life and all that nature brings.
Go see for yourselves, it’s a weekend I’ll never forget!
