About The ForgeThe Forge is a glamping site based just outside Corwen in North Wales. With five bell tents, two shepherd’s huts, plus gypsy caravan and cabin, the site can accommodate up to 30 guests and there is a large communal cabin with a shop and catering kitchen. We have an 8-person Finnish sauna and 20m wild swimming pond on site. The bell tents are open from May to October with the shepherd’s huts and gypsy caravan providing year-round accommodation. The Forge hosts a range of different courses and events throughout the summer season, some by ourselves, and some by partner businesses and private companies who rent out the whole site for several days. We also run day retreats during the winter and midweek in the summer. The Forge is now in its 9th season and is part way through a ten-year plan which involves a rewilding project and the redevelopment of outbuildings and barns into eco-friendly holiday and group event accommodation. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate self-starter who is a capable and thorough cleaner and demonstrates an exceptional level of attention to detail. We are a family run business and are keen to share and build our sustainable way of living to someone who shares our values and ethos. |
