There is an increasing body of evidence to suggest that incorporating nature into our wellbeing practices can amplify and sustain the impacts of these interventions. Dr Marc Berman in his book, Nature and The Mind, states that, “Nature’s power has everything to do with attention … our lack of access to nature … has contributed to soaring rates of stress, chronic disease, loneliness and other mental health issues.”
Our Wellness Day has been thoughtfully designed for teams and individuals who need time away from the noise to rest, reset and refocus. It offers a structured yet restorative experience that supports mental clarity, emotional resilience and renewed energy — all essential foundations for long-term productivity and engagement.
In today’s always-on working culture, stress and burnout are no longer individual challenges — they are organisational ones. Teams are juggling competing priorities, constant connectivity, and increasing performance demands, often with little space to pause and reset. Forward-thinking organisations are recognising that sustainable performance starts with wellbeing.

A Holistic Approach to Stress and Burnout
Designed specifically for those experiencing high levels of stress or burnout, the day blends evidence-based wellbeing practices with immersive time in nature. Through a carefully curated combination of restorative yoga, breathwork and mindfulness, participants are guided to slow down, calm racing minds and reconnect with themselves.
This is followed by a deeper reconnection with the natural environment. By engaging with different natural elements — heat, cold, sound and forest landscapes — participants are encouraged to reset their nervous systems, invigorate their energy and return to work with greater focus and balance. Your guide, Sheena Corry, will support beginners and experienced wild swimmers and sauna-goers through the sessions, drawing on her recently published research into the sense of freedom and transformative effects of contrast therapy.

The Business Case for Wellbeing
Wellness Days are not a “nice to have” — they are a strategic investment. Organisations that prioritise employee wellbeing consistently see improvements in focus, morale, engagement and retention. By giving teams permission to pause, you create space for clearer thinking, better collaboration and more resilient performance.
Participants leave feeling calmer, more focused and re-energised, better equipped to handle challenges and return to work with a refreshed perspective.
In a world that rarely slows down, this Wellness Day offers something increasingly valuable: time to breathe, reflect and reset — for the benefit of both individuals and the organisations they support.
