Here are three ways to enjoy the water with us:
1. Wild Swim Retreat - 11-13 July
Our signature retreat with a big focus on relaxation, time out, and enjoying the water with no pressure to swim any distance or stay in for any length of time. We welcome complete beginners who want to find out what all the fuss is about, as well as more experienced swimmers looking to experience new and beautiful swim spots. 2. Open Water Swim Technique Day - 17 August
If you are looking to improve your front crawl or breast stroke in open water then come and join this day course, which we run in Llyn Tegid/Bala Lake and at The Forge, Corwen. After a morning of drills and skills in the water, we'll spend the afternoon focusing on strength and mobility before analysing video footage of your stroke and developing your very own personalised development plan. 3. Mountain Swim Adventure - 26-28 September
Combining our love of the mountains with our passion for swimming in remote, unspoilt locations, this weekend is perfect for anyone who loves to escape far from the madding crowds. After a relaxing dip and sauna on Friday evening, we'll spend Saturday hiking in the hills for a few hours with a qualified Mountain Leader, taking in a few llyns and waterfalls en route. Finally, if any of these dates don't work, or you prefer wild swimming in cooler temperatures, you might be interested in our Winter Wild Swim Programme. Starting on the 21st September for the Autumn equinox, we meet every 3 weeks at 10am on a Sunday morning until the middle of December and the Winter Solstice. There are more details here.
